Peggy has over 30 years experience in the home furnishings, staging and design industry. With a love for creating exceptional interiors, she is an expert at using color, space and existing home furnishings to create striking designs.
Peggy also has vast industry knowledge in preparing homes for walk-throughs, inspections and sales. Having worked with Standard Pacific Homes as a senior buyer consultant for over 15 years, she has helped prepare 100’s of homes to sell for high value in competitive areas.
Clients consistently appreciate Peggy’s personal touch and quality of her work to make their homes uniquely inviting and appealing to buyers.
Exterior Design & Landscaping
Tom has a history in Landscape design and advisory services in both Texas and Florida. With over 30 years of landscape design experience, he has a great understanding how proper landscapes can drastically impact the value of a home.
For his homeowner clients, Tom works hands on with the seller and brings fresh and impactful ideas to maximize the appeal of their property. His goal is to create a curb appearl “wow-effect” for each client so that the first impression of potential home buyers is a memorable and a positive one.
